Our Ethos

Worldview offers a cross-cultural ministry learning experience like no other. The content of our courses is prepared and delivered by specialists in the field. Our students come from all around the world. And the residential context for our learning community delivers multi-cultural life right to your door.

We have a lot of fun doing what we do, but we’re serious about this: Jesus has asked us to take His good news to all people and Christians need to be prepared for the challenges that this work brings.  That’s where Worldview comes in.

Worldview’s mission is to equip the global church to make disciples of all nations.

We’re clear on what we do.  And we have a set of values that guide how we go about the job.

We value a culture of:

living out Jesus’ call to be disciples who make disciples of all nations

being transformed by doing life together

learning without giving in

putting theory into practice

Around 80% of our graduates go on to full-time ministry. They serve as individuals or with many different organisations, including Christian and Missionary Alliance, Campus Crusade for Christ, Christian Literature Crusade, CMS, Compassion, Evangelical Union of South America, European Christian Mission, FEBC, Global Interaction, Language Recordings, HCJB, International Nepal Fellowship, OMF International, Operation Mobilisation, Pioneers of Australia, ReachAcross, Servants, SIM International, Wycliffe Bible Translators, WEC International, Youth for Christ, Youth With A Mission, and others.

Most Worldview staff members are experienced practitioners who draw from their own hands on experience of cross-cultural ministry.  They are always available for advice on an assignment or a cup of coffee and a friendly chat.
